What to include with your colo server shipment

When shipping your colo server to one of the INCX.net colo facilities we ask that you include the following:
1. Well packaged server with rails detached
2. Server rails for mounting your server. If you do not have any, we require you pay a one time fee of $150 USD for a standard 1U mounting bracket.
3. 6 ft C13 to C14 Y power cable rated at 15amps. (Note: Most of our colo facilties use 208V power so a standard house plug wont work.
a. If you wish to utilize A+B power in our colo please open a ticket prior to ordering as not all of our sites have A+B power available. As well we charge an additional $10 for a true A+B power setup.
b. Power cables are not required to be sent, however if you have one to send that has c14 plugs we appreciate it.
We do not require you to ship any ethernet cables, as we will provide them free of charge. We use only vertical cable branded cat6 ethernet cables to insure fast data transfer speeds.
After placing your order you will receive a welcome email for your colo which will include instructions on where to ship your server as well as your IP address assignments.
