Dedicated Servers

Dedicated servers at incx.net are sold as the customers own private hardware. The servers are not shared with any other customer and are dedicated only to the customer paying for it. Customers will pay for the servers monthly with no commitments required. However we do offer a 10% off recurring discount to those customers who wish to prepay for 12 months of service.

We host all dedicated servers on Dell Enterprise hardware. Hardware replacements for failed equipment is typically within 1-4 hours as guaranteed by our SLA. Typically with failed server equipment we will replace your server with a brand new server and remove the broken server from production.

We utilize state of the art equipment including Intel Xeon E5 generation 1-4 processors and most of our servers we sell are dual socket with plenty of room for expansion.

All customers will also get a 1Gbps network port to the internet.

Also all customers can request a free out of band network port to access their server in case of network or OS failure, which would give you bios level access to your hardware.
